Staff were amazing and let us check in a little early after travelling through the night. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing. We also used the free transport available and had the best time. Location next to the central station and underground. Staff were friendly and polite and did a lot for us, thank you very much. I would return to this hotel.

Great location and value

Great location, great value of money. The room is compact and the deco is a little dated, but great hot shower, comfy bed, nice staff. If you are looking for convenience and value, this is the hotel.

Excellent hotel for business travellers near HBF

The best part about this hotel is it's location bang outside Nuremberg HBF. You can skip a taxi if you are using DB, RER, U or S bahn.

Pillows were like bouncing ball, I could not sleep. Bed mattress seemed to cave in. Air condition was horrible. You turned that off and go bad but some time later it starts again automatically then you get up and turned that off again. But Stuff very friendly

The hotel was clean and close to the central train station which was great for transportation. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The downside was the bed was hard and the pillows were a bit to flat for my liking but overall everything was great.

One issue - but overall, a decent stay.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights on a recent trip, and were mostly satisfied with it. We had one issue in that several rooms did not have working air conditioning (in July!) so our first night was a hot one; however, hotels.com helped us to work with the hotel to move us for day 2 and 3 to a better room and we were offered partial credit from hotels.com. The whole thing was handled okay, but it seemed like something that should've been mentioned before we went up to the room. Beds could be more comfortable and there is only one pillow each - but this is a budget option hotel and for the price, the room is good - comparable to an ibis. Beyond those things, we found the staff friendly, the location excellent, and the hotel clean and modern.

This hotel is very convenient to commute to Messe (by subway) and Munich station (by DB) for October fest. It takes 2hrs and 40 minutes by DB train from Nuremberg station to Frankfurt airport station (no transit is required)
