“the staff here is very Catalan. meaning they are very brash. we asked for help with bikes, which they did not provide. then asked for help with luggage. and they also declined. they do not say sorry. or ask if they could help in another way. the bike storage is across the street in a parking lot. very inconvenient. and the parking lot for cars is 2 blocks away, uphill. would not recommend this hotel. the rooms are antique. it's more like a ski lodge stuck in time. very outdated. the town is...
