"Lovely property in great location in Nusa Dua. Property and facilities are in great condition. If you can, upgrade to the adult only section. It is well worth it."
"Amazing holiday
Beautiful food from every restaurant onsite, very helpful and friendly staff especially Nadia in the pool bar all the staff at Salsa Verde and the Water Court
Loved the pools and enjoyed hiring surfboards to use at the beach 50 metres from the hotel and the kids managed to catch a few small waves
Thank you"
"I was impressed most with the staff. I was always greeted in a friendly manner that was followed by a warm friendly smile. The Grand Cafe always had seating no matter what time of day. I was greeted using my first name and I looked forward to another dining experience. No matter where I was in the resort, the staff was always impeccable."
"Our room was very nice. AC worked fine. The area is quiet. The beaches are nice but need to be cleaned several times a day as garbage (mostly soft plastic) is an issue, not just on this beach but throughout Indonesia. Merusaka can't address all the oceans, but they can keep the one in front of their resort clean. After every swim I came to shore with handfuls of plastic. At the least there should be recycling or garbage cans close to the beach so the swimmers can dispose of the garbage they pick up. Again, I strongly encourage the resort to hire a full time person to clean the beach and the ocean in front of the resort of garbage, and to perhaps work with the adjacent resorts to expand this service to the broader beach. It will make a difference. Until I cleaned up the plastic myself, I observed the same pieces moving up and down the beach. After focussing for 30 minutes or so on clean up, it was remarkable the difference that made! One employee can make YOUR resort stand out among the others."
"What a beautiful property, we enjoyed our morning breakfast and everything Ayodya has to offer. The pools and beach were lovely with good service. Breathtaking really. The only drawback for us was being on the first floor which lacked a little privacy as our room was on the sidewalk leading to the restaurants. Every staff member we made eye contact with was sincerely welcoming and helpful. We would return and recommend ❤️"
"The service was exceptional and the facilities were excellent. We just didn’t enjoy the loud wedding ceremonies. There were three ceremonies during our two-week stay, and their duration was three days each. Additionally, the adult pool was used by families with children. However, we thank you for your wonderful hospitality.""
"Nusa Dua is very chilled area, some people say boring, we loved how safe and peaceful it was. Novotel is an older style hotel, heavy Balinese furniture, dark colors. Everything is clean, beautiful gardens but it is an old hotel.
I loved the huge pool, surrounded by the apartments/hotel rooms. It is a big hotel however you can let your kids wonder as you know they are safe.
The food is nice, massage is perfect. The flora and fauna are just beautiful.
The people are always smiling; nothing is too much.
No USB charger points and just their local power outlets, but you can get adapters for free from the reception.
The money exchange within the hotel was the best we saw.
At the back gate (yes, there is two entrances) there are some minimarts and cheap massage places. No restaurants though.
The beach club for us was a bit boring, nothing is really there, but an easy 5 minutes' walk or shuttle bus"
