I can't recommend Paradisus by Melia enough. It was the perfect family resort. Incredible facilities and so many activities for both kids and adults. My daughter loved the kids club and all the staff were super friendly! The duplex suite was super spacious and comfortable for our week stay. We can't wait to go back!

The choice of restaurants and the quality and variety of the food was outstanding. The staff were wonderful and helpful. There are so many activities to do and the pools are stunning. The all inclusive plan was excellent for us. It made the holiday so easy and we never got hungry! Even room service was included 24 hours a day! Highly recommend staying at this first class resort.

All-inclusive is well worth it, plenty of food and drink options, with quality to match. All the staff went above and beyond to remember us and brought thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The beach was okay, theres virtually no water at low tide, but decent when the tide is normal to high. We were so pleased with our stay that we will be back.

Fantastic resort, all staff were ourstanding, so welcoming and friendly. Beautiful setting in amongst lush gardens. Paradisus by name and it was the closest to paradise that I have ever experienced. Will be back!

The paradisus, like the name indicates, satisfied all our expectation for a new 5-star hotel. With all the convenience provided by modern and well thought design of various facilities, it still manages to keep the traditional beauty that people appreciate very much in Bali. Stayed 3 nights here with two boys, only complaint is that the stay was too short. Will definitely come back. Staff: friendly and helpful Cleanness: superb Family friendly: kids Iove it here

beautiful property, wonderful room, excellent staff. it was nice to have several options for meals. pricing for meals was a little high for Bali but that goes with a luxury brand. we ate out often and had booked our room with breakfast via expedia so that worked out well. great pool, lovely beach, several places to eat/drink and be on the beach

The hotel has recently been renovated and it shows. Nothing is really tired and everything is working well. There is maybe a couple of the bathrooms by the pool that could use a small touch up but thats it. Generally we found the staff to be amazing with Oka in the reserve area being amazing with remembering our names and orders. It provided a relaxing experience and was perfect to chill out. It would also be a great place with a family. It would be nice if the hotel could either organise or help organise watersports activities but otherwise 10/10 and we will be back

Unbelievable hotel. Staff are the best. Hotel is one of the best Iā€™ve stayed in. Finishing touches are what makes it. Kids clubs with outside cinema for them at night time. Marshmallows around fire pit on the beach and paths at night lit with candles. Definitely be back.

Our first trip to Bali was also a milestone anniversary, so choosing the right resort was important. After extensive research, we selected Paradisus by MeliĆ” because of its recent renovation, beachfront location, dining options, and excellent reviewsā€”and it exceeded every expectation. Although we arrived before the traditional welcome, we were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in and an upgrade to a Junior Suite. The thoughtful anniversary touches, including a cake, personalized card, and staff recognizing our celebration throughout our stay, made us feel truly valued. The dining was outstanding. Malva quickly became our favorite for its incredible breakfast and dinner buffets, while Kanna, Tokimeku, and Sante were all excellent. Our private anniversary dinner at Sante was unforgettable and one of the highlights of our trip. The resort grounds are stunning, with lush gardens, koi ponds, and a beautiful beachfront. The pool was spacious and relaxing, and we loved biking along the beachfront path connecting neighboring resorts. A few small improvements would make an already great resort even better: restocking pastries at the cafĆ© throughout the day, expanding the pool menu, improving consistency with premium lounge chair policies, and adding a dedicated resort app. Overall, Paradisus made our anniversary incredibly special. The hospitality, beautiful property, and exceptional food created memories weā€™ll cherish forever. We canā€™t wait to return!

The resort was absolutely wonderful. It's a gorgeous setting and the buildings and rooms are exceptionally clean and staffed by the most friendly attendants. I took away a star because when we booked on Expedia we selected the all inclusive option. When we arrived on property we were told we had selected breakfast only which was incorrect. I had to go back and forth between the front desk and Expedia and this was never resolved because at some point Expedia changed our selection and left us without the all-inclusive that we believed we had paid for.

The hotel is beautiful the gardens the water features etc , the beach area is very small and not so pleasant. The staff were very friendly, we had two big issues. The food is too expensive for the quality. The Arabic or eastern restaurant was not Arabic food we paid too much and the food tasted nothing like Arabic food I did ask for a refund but they were prepared to do that. The food outside the hotel is much better and better priced and there was a problem with our toilet. The sewage smell was constant as it must be a problem with the pipes. We complained a few times and gave up in the end as the snow just kept coming back

Overall the experience was good. Housekeeping was sometimes not up to the mark, with regular delays in room cleaning. Staff were very helpful and the options of various restaurants were a bonus. Beachfront was amazing.
