beautiful property, wonderful room, excellent staff. it was nice to have several options for meals. pricing for meals was a little high for Bali but that goes with a luxury brand. we ate out often and had booked our room with breakfast via expedia so that worked out well. great pool, lovely beach, several places to eat/drink and be on the beach

Fantastic setting over a beautiful site and food quality and choice in the individual restaurants out of this world. Suite we stayed in was a little tired but overall a magical place to stay. All inclusive price was worth every penny. As our first trip to Bali it was everything we wanted it to be.

The room and facilities were really nice. Since this is a well-known hotel, pickups to excursions/tour guides always know where to pick you up from. It’s in walking distance to the shopping center and to the beach. It’s a safe area and the staff were very friendly. Food at the restaurants and buffet were tasty. Overall a good stay.

This place was gorgeous and serene the breakfast was delicious the chef Mr Bayu kept the delicious food coming. You have to try the potatoes. The staff was amazing the spa is a must try and Agus was very helpful. All around great experience.
