For a 5 star hotel was disappointed. Beds were hard , would have better sleeping on the floor . No hand towels or face washers. Having to ring everyday for towels to be delivered, when taken Customer service at service desk terrible.

The property needs updating. We found the reception staff very rude compared to all the other staff. The location is beautiful but more choices of restaurants is required within the complex especially if you are all inclusive, the menu is small! I won’t be going back!!

Surprised family trip

It’s my wife birthday trip. Hotel prepared a birthday surprise for us, upgraded to family suites and a bit birthday decorations which make us so happy. Our suites is spacious, have a double bed and two single beds with 2 toilets, 2 showers and 1 bath tub. The room can be more clean, since one of the toilet have more then 10 flies inside, we dare to use it. And there is only 1 air-con for 80 square metres area is not enough. And we can’t adjust the speed of the fans. The pool and beach view is stunning. The breakfast is perfect, lot of choices. There is a kids club which my kids like it. They even have kids care services.

Comfortable enough, but food wasn’t up to scratch

Hotel is fine Rooms are a little dated but comfortable Hotel food was a little pricey for Bali and not very good quality We ended up going to another hotel for many times for breakfast and dinner during our stay

The rooms with garden view were situated across the road from the main hotel, with their own swimming pools and bar area. A man to help you cross the small but busy road 24/7.

Only about 25mins from airport, good looking property, very friendly staff, didn't realise the hotel was split in 2 across a road, reception, breakfast, main pool, and half the rooms were on the beach side, the other pool was across the road, with rooms with pool access,,, i booked the pool access room, then had an email saying the pool was under maintenance, and was closed , but would be open 2 weeks before we arrived, which was good, on arriving at hotel, we were told the pool was still closed, we were upgraded to another room , which was nice, but not close to the pool like i wanted, this pool was cold, very windy from the ocean, and too many people were there due to the other pool being closed, 2 days before we left the other pool opened, it was nice and warm , and the wind was blocked from the ocean due to the built up area it was located in, this is the better side, overall its a nice place, but for us it was ruined , due to the pool being closed

We stayed at Novotel Bali Benoa for 3 nights as a family of five and had an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel is perfectly set up for families — our kids especially loved the dedicated kids pool and the vibrant kids club, which gave us some time to relax while they had their own adventures. One of the most magnificent features of this hotel is its private beach — peaceful, clean, and just steps away from the resort. It really gave our stay that extra tropical charm. The food and drinks were enjoyable and reasonably priced. While the overall quality was good, we do feel there’s room for improvement in terms of variety and consistency of food offerings. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Aditiya, who went above and beyond by waiving our late check-out fee — a generous gesture that saved us around $100 AUD and truly left a lasting impression. Overall, Novotel Bali Benoa offers great value and warm hospitality in a beautiful beachfront setting. We’d definitely consider coming back for another family escape.

Das Novotel selbst ist ein wunderbares Hotel. Wir waren schon vor 20 Jahren hier und sind immer noch gerne in diesem Hotel. vor allem nach den diversen Renovierungen ist es wieder Top. Nur die Restaurants direkt in der Umgebung sind teuer und so gar nicht balinesisch (griechisch, türkisch, mexikanisch). Das Essen im Hotel ist unverhältnismäßig teuer. Die Cocktails kosten 12 - 13,- €, eine Kugel Eis kostet 6,80 €. Das ist schon fast nepp. Sehr schade, dass man so übertreiben muss. Selbst im Conrad ist man günstiger!
