We had a great experience at the resort bars & restaurants on a few different occasions. The staff were pleasant and personable and always willing to help. This Bali resort lives up to its five star rating in a great beach location.

Great experience and very friendly staff. We got our room upgraded from garden view to pool view. Room is specious and modern . Food was very delicious and a lot of options from different cuisines. Their meat and chicken were all halal which make big difference for us. We enjoyed staying in Laguna and highly recommend.

Our week at this hotel was generally extremely good. The environment in the hotel grounds is unique and excellent with many swimmable lagoons, swimming pool, surrounded by lush floral vegetation , waterfalls and other water features. The beach had direct access from the hotel, and it was located near to excellent shopping mall and other facilities. The accommodation was generously sized, well air conditioned, and smartly decorated. We had a Direct lagoon access room which proved very useful. The restaurants provided varied food and drink options and were generally good. I would definitely go back to the Laguna on another visit to Bali

Lovely resort with around 7 pools/lagoons (although we counted 9 or 10!) in the quiet part of South Bali. Right on the beach with easy walking to beachfront restaurants and Bali Collection shopping centre. The resort has traditional dance performances and kids activities. Would recommend!

Perfect location, and surrounds.

Great hotel in lovely location with friendly staff. Our only complaint with our room was the noise of construction on a neighboring property, and having steps in the room which are easy to trip on, especially at night. Had a lagoon view room but would have preferred a resort, lagoon view room.

Huge swimming pool, the hotel is located in a secluded area. Good breakfast. The beach is nice but has several pebbles on the sand so you need wet socks to walk comfortably
