We LOVE our stay at your amazing hotel. You all made our vacation extra special and memorable. Staff are wonderful, so kind, nice and helpful. Food and drink were top notch. Nice room with lagoon access, staffs are very friendly and sweet (so many trinkets almost every day, floaties, chocolate, fruit baskets, cake, etc), great amenities (so much fun with buggies hope on and off between buildings), breakfast buffet taste a lot better than a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem for them. They were genuinely cheerful and willing to assist. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had choices to please any palate and cuisine.
