“Clean….helpful staff….good breakfast”

“This isn’t luxury. This property isn’t as advertised; don’t be fooled by the pictures. It’s burning but luxury. It’s basically a scam. 1. The beach isn’t private. 2. “Staff at Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite were responsive and accommodating during my 2-day stay. They promptly addressed overnight power issues, and management comped a room upgrade as a goodwill gesture. The team's helpfulness stood out, consistent with the property's strong staff ratings.”

“A clean and spacious place with reasonable fees. I’ll visit again. Keep it up!”

Asked for different room and wasn't switched then finally offered upgrade but wanted above full price. Room was not clean and amenities not up to par.View was excellent but overall need to pass.”

Mainly the microwave there was no toaster. The stove top surface was hard to light, could not light the oven to bake anything. In the main bedroom, the AC stop working as well as the water flow in the shower at one point we had to wait for the water to be delivered to the poly tank. The...
