An Oasis
The hotel is a stunning five-star property. The restaurant is excellent. The hotel is modern and up-to-date. The service was wonderful. The spa is terrific. I didn't want to leave.

Excellent 3-Night Stay
For our three day stop at Inle Lake we stayed at the Sanctum Inle Resort. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was spacious with plenty of space to store clothes and all of our gadgets. Every morning breakfast was very satisfying with plenty of options. The restaurant offered a complete menu with a wide variety of Asian and Western foods. The restaurant setting is beautiful overlooking the pool and the lake in the distance. Yet the real jewel for the Sanctum is the staff. Always very friendly and ready to take care of any need. The general manager, Baptiste, was constantly checking on us, answering questions, giving advice, and making certain that our stay was a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend the Sanctum for anyone looking for an ideal place to stay in the Inle Lake area

This is a beautiful place with gorgeous facilities and delicious food. It is more of a place for older folks and couples and it a bit off the beaten path. But even as a single traveler there is plenty to do here to keep yourself occupied with excursions one can book right from the hotel.

Wonderful!
The hotel is wonderfully located just on the lake shore. Food is delicious and service is impeccable! The hotel grounds are well maintained and spa is also wonderful!

静かに過ごせる高原リゾートホテルとしては最高レベルのスペックだと思います。 内装も品がよく、落ち着いたお洒落感。従業員もよく気が利く印象。 些細なことかも知れないが、ウェルカムドリンクが、ドラゴンフルーツベースにミントとジンジャーを加えた凝ったものだったり、朝食ビュッフェにスパークリングワインが提供されていたり、ノンビリ過ごしたい旅行者を喜ばせるツボを心得てる気がする。

Wunderschöne Anlage direkt im grünen und mit eigenem Steg. Zimmer riesig und modern eingerichtet. Bestes Frühstück im ganzen Urlaub! Pool sehr schön, etwas kühl aber gute Abkühlung. Personal und Manager wahnsinnig bemüht als ich krank geworden bin. Günstige und gut organisierte Bootstour durch das Hotel.

We were granted an upgrade to the Provoost Suite upon arrival. That is a large, semi detached villa which is really beautiful and luxurious. Really enjoyed that. :-) The only minor remark is that the suite would be even nicer with a splash of colour. It was a little dull in regards to the colour choice. Some bright, colourful fabric and/or painting could do the trick. The pool seems a bit small in high season, I fear. Nevertheless a beautiful dark tiled pool with a nice view towards the lake. We had dinner one night at the restaurant and enjoyed a really very nice meal. Tasteful, nice presented dishes. It's only a pitty that there are not so many local dishes on the menu. Otherwise we would have had dinner more than once. The very friendly manager is present a lot and you can see that he cares a lot that his guests have a great time during their stay at the Sanctum.

フレンドリーなスタッフのいる静かで落ち着いた館
ホテルを出て左手100Mくらいのところにショップがあり、ビールが買えて便利。 備え付けの冷蔵庫がワインクーラー程度しか冷やすことができなかったのがマイナスポイント。スタッフは氷を持ってきてカバーしてくれた。 朝食のメニューが少ないので2日で全種類食べてしまえるので長期滞在した場合は飽きてしまうだろう。

Perfect stay
Amazing place to stay. We were driven in to the jetty after a long day on the lake and it was all simply perfect. Amazing staff, service, room, facilities and the food was brilliant. My only regret was I wished we stayed there for longer.

You will love your stay!
Property and staff are wonderful. Beautiful lake access without the boat noise from the lake. Hotel supplies bikes with easy bike ride to very good local restaurants. Pain-free check-in and beautiful infinity pool. Extremely attentive staff. Really, a first-rate hotel. Kudos to the GM Baptiste!

Sanctum Inle Resort offers a relaxing retreat or base to explore Inle Lake and the surrounding areas. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a nice surprise and the villa was spacious and very well appointed. The pool offers a refreshing dip with views onto Inle Lake. Staff always have a smile and are very accomodating to any requests. Breakfast is a la carte and offered a very good variety of options. Complimentary bicycles are provided to explore the surrounding areas. Dinner was delicious and the waiter made an excellent recommendation for a locally produced red wine to accompany the food. I would however have liked to see more local dishes offered in the restaurant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sanctum Inle Resort.

The sanctum on Inle Lake is a gorgeous boutique hotel on the lake edge. Service was exquisite, from happy caring staff. We had a suite with glorious views of a lake Inle. Food and beverages were both fabulous. The one day tour on the lake to the various villages, pagodas and markets is a wonderful experience. Hot air ballooning is the plan when we return. I wish we had stayed longer! A surprisingly excellent find in the middle of Myanmar!!

Great Hotel right on Inle Lake
Fantastic hotel with great rooms and service. Right on Inle Lake and we were upgraded when we arrived. Great place to relax or explore the lake on a range of tours that the hotel provides. Also great value for money. The restaurant was very good with a good rangeof food at reasonless prices. I would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Myanmar.

Bella posizione, leggermente all’interno ma su un canale che porta sul lago. Suites molto grandi e comode. Personale attento e premuroso. Ristorante à la carte con ampia scelta e di buona qualità. A mio avviso la colazione, che è comunque buona, potrebbe essere migliorata. Dispone di una spa e di una piccola palestra. Abbiamo organizzato le nostre escursioni con loro e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Wahrscheinlich das Beste in der Umgebung.
Sehr schönes Hotel mit persönlichen freundlichen Service. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer gerne bei Fragen behilflich. Auch die Bootstour auf dem Inle Lake die vom Hotel angeboten wird ist zu empfehlen.Fahrräder können kostenlos ausgeliehen werden um die truamhafte Umgebung zu erkunden. Zimmer sind sehr groß und haben eine eigene Terasse mit schönen Ausblick.

Very Nice Hotel
The hotel is very well situated with a lovely view. It has a beautiful pool and the rooms are very comfortable. The hotel has the feel of a luxury hotel that could be anywhere in Europe which is both a good thing (the luxury side) and a less good things (not as much local feeling as some of the other hotels). All that being said it is a very good deal for the price and we would certainly stay there happily again.

整個渡假村座落於茵萊湖邊，是一間很有質感且環境整潔優雅又富設計感的渡假村。 服務人員接待熱情，且安排我們5位大人入住405&406的連通villa，房間的擺設及設計都十分典雅舒適，床鋪枕頭都很舒服，一切都很美好。酒店有自己的碼頭，很方便，所以我們預定了船隻遊湖看夕陽，包船1.5小時，船家很好心的停在湖上讓我們欣賞完美的夕陽，實際上早已超過我們原本的包船時間，服務真的很棒！而茵萊湖的水上風景實在太迷人。酒店有無邊際游泳池面向美麗且遼闊的茵萊湖及遠方山景。晚餐直接在酒店的餐廳用餐廳，食物好吃氣氛很好，重點是服務生真的很細心，滿足我們一切所需，服務真的太好了，完全超出我們的期待！太美好的體驗，只停留一天實在太短了，我們一定會再回來的！

Hotel acorde con su categoría, excelente ubicación e instalaciones, en un entorno incomparable, se respira una tranquilidad maravillosa. Una magnífica estancia, tan solo mejoraría el desayuno, aunque bueno no es excelente y con algunos cambios mejoraría sustancialmente. Recomiendo este hotel calidad precio, incomparable.

Très bel hôtel parfaitement situé
Hôtel à l'architecture parfaitement intégrée dans le cadre avec un design épuré mais chaleureux. Les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses. Pour les chambres situées dans les bâtiments du haut il est préférable de choisir le 2ème étage (à pied), permettant d'avoir une vue sur le parc et le lac. La piscine est belle et permet d'avoir une jolie vue (bien plus jolie qu'au Novotel et Aureum situés à proximité). L'hôtel ne donne pas directement sur le lac, mais cela n'est pas gênant, au contraire, car cela permet d'avoir également une vue sur les rizières et jardins flottants situés entre l'hôtel et le lac. Passer idéalement au minimum 3 nuits pour profiter du lac et des visites à faires. Les petits déjeuners et repas sont très bons. Le personnel est efficace et très agréable.

Quality rooms but grounds are barren
We stayed at several hotels while in Inle Lake and while the quality of construction at the Sanctum was good, the overall resort was sort of barren and soul-less. Unlike the other resorts we stayed at, the grounds were void of any plants, flowers, decor or lushness, and even the grass was dry and brown. The room layout was also a bit strange. You could see the lake from the room but it was off in the distance. When the bellman brought us and our bags to our room, he could not get the electronic key to work. We had problems with it the entire time we were there. We stayed at a 4 star hotel just down the road that was much much nicer, not just the rooms but also the grounds and the spa. We couldn't figure out why this hotel was considered a 5 star and the other a 4 star. It seemed the ratings should have been reversed. The main reason I said I would not recommend this hotel is because the hotel we stayed at just down the street was a much better choice.

Un hôtel sublime qui mérite tous les commentaires déjà écrits ! Un accueil chaleuleux comme les birmans savent le prodiguer ! Un endroit où il fait bon s'attarder, se prélasser ... Chambre plus que parfaite avec la vue sur le lac : espace, salle de bain luxueuse, aménagée avec goût ! Je conseille à tous de s'y attarder plus que 3 nuits. Pour ma part, j'y serais restée 2 nuits de plus pour m'y reposer si la suite de mon séjour n'avait pas été réservée. En effet la température était idéale et le soleil toujours présent !

hôtel magnifique, neuf, tenu par un directeur français Mobilier, parquet, et équipement en bois massif exotique, décoration moderne de très bon goût (architecte française) belle piscine à dominante noire donnant sur le lac, restaurant très bon et petit déjeuner buffet à tomber Le tout servi par un personnel nombreux et adorable (comme partout au Myanmar) , c'est un sans faute

This hotel blew all other hotels in the area out of the water. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was top knotch. The comfort and style of the rooms was refreshing after a week in plain white boxes in other hotels around the country. This hotel was an international five star, which is certainly not true for other "five star" hotels in Myanmar.

Brand new luxury hotel on the beautiful Inle lake!
This hotel is the best one of our entire Myanmar trip! The hotel is brand new and it is located on the edge of the beautiful Inle lake. Rooms are nicely decorated with a lot more space compare with typical 5 star hotels. Hotel staffs speaks good English and very well-trained. The hotel restaurant is worth trying as its very reasonably priced and tasty. Their breakfast is not to be missed ;)

Absolutely beautiful property and wonderful staff
One of the best hotel/resort rooms I have ever stayed in! Exquisite décor, wonderfully furnished room with a mini bar, tea/coffee, free water, a mid-day treat delivered to your room, a terrace with nice beach chairs as well as a table/sitting chairs. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a quality stay. I really cannot say enough good things about how great the staff were. They truly made my stay memorable and I can't wait to return!

Low season was worth it!
We basically had the resort to ourself and the service was amazing. The GM and the entire crew are extremely nice and will do anything to make your stay unforgettable. The rare issues were tackled straight away, that for me is the definition of great service!
