Blommenhof is ideal in all aspects - we have used it both as one-night roadside motel when traveling and as holiday retreat too. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are very well furnished and super comfortable, especially the larger rooms in the annex. The spa is quite nice; could get very crowded on busy days but in calmer times it is pure joy. The breakfast and restaurant may not always deserve so much appraisal, but everything functions perfectly, the food is superb, there are some interesting touches and the staff is very professional.

Not so good hotel

The surroundings of the hotel were truly lovely, and it was great to walk in the nearby forest with the dogs – the location was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, the hotel itself felt quite worn, and the room was dated. The bed was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle, which made it difficult to sleep well. The air in the room was stuffy and damp, which affected the overall comfort. Breakfast was average – not particularly good, but sufficient.

It was clean and nice rooms, good breakfast, dinner and nice facility, except the spa was a disaster, they said its forbidden for kids under 18 but it was full of kids running around and playing, screaming, jumping in the pool, it was not at all as a spa would and should be!!!

Bra läge i ett lugnt och fint naturområde nära E4:an. Bra frukostbuffé med gott om sittplatser. Ett stort plus för möjligheten att kunna ladda sin elbil eller laddhybrid, totalt tio platser tror jag det var så ingen trängsel. Enda negativa är att det kanske var lite ont om parkeringsplatser, vissa gäster som kom sent på kvällen hade problem att hitta P-plats på området.
