โWe really enjoyed this Hotel.
It was the first time we chose a hotel not walking distance to Universal Studios and I was very pleased. Quick 7 minute drive.
Staff was great! We left our luggage in the lobby on our last day. Very grateful for that.
Pool area was very nice.
Walking distance to a gas station mart and many restaurants.
The room included a refrigerator and that is always helpful.
The lobby had a great hot cocoa/ coffee machine and fresh pastries everyday!
There is no usb plugs....
โMy friend and I only stayed for one night but Simon at the front desk was amazing and helpful and Luis was our driver on the shuttle bus. He was so friendly! Gave us great advice on what get at Porto's for breakfast the next morning and made sure we knew where to be when he picked us up that night!! Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanx guys!! The property is newly renovated , the beds are so comfy and bathroom is nice , the only bad thing I could say itโs the light in the bathroom is a sensory light and it turned off constantly while you were taking a shower and was so annoying , also we had a lot of crickets in our room , my brother killed at least 10 while our stay , front desk is really nice they were always open to give us towels and come to check the light but unfortunately they didnโt fix it, there is conditioner body lotion...
โWe really enjoy staying at the Hotel. Hotel is very nice, clean and smells really good. Front Desk people are very nice, accommodating and very friendly. Area is walking distance to Universal Studio and City Walk. Free juice and coffee. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. My only complaint is that the room is too dark. โ
โSuch a lovely place. Felt welcomed. The room was cozy and clean. And in the morning, they prepared some drinks and breads. I remember the staff Kiki, she was so friendly and attentive. โ
โGreat, affordable pet friendly hotel with fantastic hot complimentary breakfast! Not the best location - but even the outdoor pet relief area was in an enclosed section and was well lit. I felt very safe and the hotel was great!โ
