“The hotel room was dirty and dingy. There was old food left in the fridge and it smelled rancid. The toilet seat was left up and it looked like someone had just used the bathroom when we first got in the room. They gave us a new room, which I appreciate but the other one we got was still dirty feeling. The walls are stained, there’s old paint drops everywhere from crappy repairs. There was dust and grime on a lot of things. The finishes on the wood and lamps wet coming off. Just really needs...

“Conditioner would not pump anything out and even trying to take it out of the holster was impossible. And the pool was freezing cold. I thought it was a heated pool. Other than that, everything else was excellent.”

“We booked this hotel because Expedia stated that they would have a crib. They did not. The only word to describe the property is "disgusting ". The entire property had a rank odor to it. The kids enjoyed the pool but it was cloudy and questionable. The rooms were worse. We enjoyed having ajoining rooms but both had a terrible rancid smell. “The staff was awesome! The bathroom however had some stains on the shower curtain. It should have been washed . The bed was so very comfortable! We slept great! Thank you… The staff came right to the room when we couldn’t get the tv remote to work. Asked if we needed anything else..”
