Room was clean but staying for 10 days we only got complete service once. You had to ask for clean towels. The cleaning staff were great once you were able to get them to clean the room. No brooms or dustpans supplied in the room in order to keep the room clean yourself. Location was great able to walk to beach and restaurants easily.

Unfortunately, we went during a huge tropical storm. Lost power for a few days. The pool in the gym were unavailable. Disappointed we didn’t get a lei and that policy was discontinued which no one told us about. Staff was very accommodating despite the circumstances.
