"Absolutely awful! You can get a hotel for the same price or less on the beach. This place isn't anywhere close to the ocean. Not to mention the breakfast was awful, orange juice that tastes like water, generic, thin bacon! The temperature control in the rooms wasn't user friendly and froze when I slept. Dirty sheets. "Really outdated hotel. Room 3951 is just awful. Carpet is tearing, door trims are chipped, wallpaper is ripped and falling, bathroom tub is rusty. I did not feel clean. My partner and I were severely disappointed. The hotel needs a major renovation. I personally, will not be a repeat customer of Hyatt in Waikiki."

"For the price it is what you'd expect. The spa was not hot. Other guests said it was broken. The pool is smaller than I'm used to. Breakfast was very good with variety each day. Elevators were an issue for floors 1-24. Only two worked and cleaning staff used them too- we rode with a worker hauling out garbage one day. Lines would form for elevators after breakfast. The parking exit gate was temperamental. The room was small but clean."
