"We were disappointed with the check-in experience. The attendant was very rude to us. She simply stated that we could not enter the room before 4:00 PM—which we understand is the policy—because it was still being cleaned. However, when we were finally allowed into the room, it was clear that it had been cleaned quite some time earlier. What was even more frustrating was that, immediately after speaking with us, she checked in other guests who had arrived after we did. After a long journey, it felt discourteous to be left waiting while others were accommodated ahead of us. Overall, the interaction lacked the courtesy and professionalism we expected. Thank you."

"Listing states there is a pool there wasn't. The cabin kitchen was not stocked with basics. We did not get house keeping did not have enough towels called and asked for more never got them ran out of toilet paper and dead mouse in kitchen."
