"Room very clean. NO furniture other than the bed. NO tissues in the tissue box. Breakfast good but very simple.... waffles, muffins, yogurt, coffee. Most staff barely spoke English. Toilet was full and would not empty properly"

"Your rooms were average and my daughter room 621 had no bathroom counter or make up mirror. It had a bathtub instead of a shower so it couldn’t have been a handicap room but was very strange. It also smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room 619 had very little hot water. None out of the sink faucet and very little from the shower. The television didn’t work either. Won’t stay again and won’t recommend it to others"

"We were in a basement room with a view of the staircase. Check in is nonexistant after 5. You’re given a 2 page dissertation of rules to sign and drop off,then expected to run a credit card down for incidentals by 8am. Why don’t you consider staffing the place.The carpet needs removed it’s filthy. The tv needs to be properly mounted with the wires hidden and the components on a higher shelf. They are on a sofa table that doesn’t allow the kitchen table to be placed for use. You can’t get to the stovetop or microwave because the tables in the way. Everything worked. The shower pressure was poor and the shower head was too low. It’s pretty tired for the price. Hot Springs Village has a lot to offer. Great restaurants and beautiful golf courses. I think there are better places to stay. "

"Very dated, but cool history behind it’s past. Beds are very firm; I’ll bring my own plywood next time. Very nostalgic property."

"Very convenient across from Racetrack and Next door to Rocky's Pizza place. Staff is very nice and rooms were clean. The only issue we had was that someone had a motorcycle next to us with was very loud and they were outside of our window idling the engine for quite a while."
