We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in. Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided. Appartment was tidy & clean, easy first floor access and responsive hosts. Everything you‘d need - shower/ washerdryer, kitchenette w dishes and fridge, coffee, fan, & clothes iron. They made a small space nice for 5 to sleep there. "
