An outstanding experience!

I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. I had a late arrival, after the reception desk closed - the hotel made sure to informme that there was a key available in the key box outside. With the key was a not telling me how to find the room. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I missed a booked breakfast one day - the hotel noted it and discounted the final invoice accordingly. Every facility was extended to me to help during my stay and the staff were unfailingly polite, kind and accommodating whilst retaining a sense of fun and humour. I will definitely stay at this hotel again, even though it is somewhat remote from my usual business connection in this part of Germany because of the welcome I received. The area is also extremely tranquil and quite beautiful.

Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns der Frühstücksraum gefallen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch während unseres Aufenthalts wurde uns stets sofort weiter geholfen.
