It is simply a studio. Telling it as it is reduces the shock you get when you are shown your room. My balcony was unusable as it has been converted to store broken furniture. Just discard the spoilt chair and keep the mops et al elsewhere”

“I have worked with an international hotel in the US for 27 years and have stayed at different hotels all over the world. I think cleanliness, security guest services are my priorities. Signature Apartments in Accra even though not a hotel, proved that they have a spot amongst 4 star hotels. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the uncontrollable hot water during shower. Overall, I rate the service 10/10. Jennifer, my agent was superb.”

“I really liked it The only thing is that unlike other apartments I’ve stayed at, the Lennox did not have anyone to help you with your bags during check in and check out So if the person you booked with isn’t there to meet you face to face (which was the case for me), then you may have to carry your own bags For the cost, I didn’t expect this to be the case, but it was. It wasn’t a great inconvenience which is why I still gave 4 stars but I would consider that before booking next time...
