"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Our room and the hotel lobby appeared to have been tastefully updated, the ocean-view balcony was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed playing the mini-golf.
One small observation is that amenities and breakfast items were provided quite sparingly. We received limited soap, shampoo, and towels, and some breakfast items, such as yogurt, seemed to be available only upon request. That said, whenever we asked for anything, the staff were happy to provide it promptly and courteously.
Overall, we found this to be an excellent value and suspect that keeping extras to a minimum helps maintain the lower room rates. We also found that booking well in advance helped secure a better rate. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a clean, pleasant, affordable place to stay."
"We had a 1 bedroom cottage and it was perfect for 2 people. If 4 people were to stay in their 2 bedroom cottage, which happen to view, the 2 bedroom cottage appears to only have a 3/4 bath downstairs and only a wash bowl upstairs. Without having a second toilet upstairs, that could be an inconvience for 4 people. Otherwise, everything was very good."
"The front desk employees were friendly. The hot tube in our room was surprising as it was a full size circumference wise. It was shorter but just as wide asa regular hot tub.
My only complaint was the bird poop on the window thru our view of the ocean. We have the kind of cleaner where you put on your hose as we have a 3 story home. When I asked I was told they have window washers once a year. Besides that it was a great hotel to stay at."
"It was super clean and shower and bed were A- to B+. Good value for the price. Insufficient towels until we asked for more. No trash recepticles outside so we left full bag outside Saturday noon and Sunday morning it was still there.
Weekend breakfast was better than nothing. TV remote worked poorly. No channel guide. TV cable reception was poor. Unwatchable. We just wanted weather and local news but could not."
