"Overall was good but the room I rented for $417 they didn’t have it ready for me. They gave me a $200 room I didn’t get no money back"

"The staff was very unhelpful. They were out of towels and washcloth. I stayed there for numerous days and I was only allotted one washcloth for me and my partner and then asked for more. They said they didn’t have any no trash bags no ice all three floors there’s no ice in the middle of summer very hot. There was one microwave for the whole entire building. I kept sneezing do you understand why and then I looked in the air conditioner and this is what I found so much dust haven’t cleaned in like a year there was one coffee that was only brewed once a day no breakfast like it’s shown on the app. Nothing like that whatsoever you were allowed Coffee and the vending machines had hot drinks and are so ridiculously expensive. Can’t even get drinks out of there when you do they’re very unsatisfied definitely definitely want my money back or at least a refund or some sort of compensation for False advertisement at it’s finest! I would like a phone call or a staff member. I’ve already spoke to all the staff I really like someone from speedy.com too please contact me. I want a refund early partial refund."

"The room itself was beautiful and has everything you need. The staff amazing, we brought our dog and they were so helpful with any questions and accommodations. The building itself is outdated. We unfortunately had some unbearable people a few doors down smoking every 10minutes yelling something and for some reason who thought it was okay to cat call every time I stepped outside which was unpleasant but in no way the hotel’s fault just messed with the experience overall. This hotel is definitely nice for a quick stay, right near the park and 30-45min from the Rays stadium with lots of great food nearby!"

"The hotel rooms are spacious and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the in room dining we ordered for breakfast was perfect. We only stayed for two nights but I was surprised that housekeeping didn't come clean our room, we ordered breakfast in the room and they didn't even come in to get the food cart, it was left in the room all day so when we arrived back to the room later to freshen up for dinner the room smelled from the leftover breakfast food and the beds were not made and the towels were not picked up from the bathroom. We pushed the food cart into the hallway and it was gone by the time we got back from dinner. I would expect that daily housekeeping would be a given with a $500+ a night room rate. I know its a casino but the smoke smell was unbearable on the lower level. You had to go through the casio to get to your rooms so it was completely unavoidable. I have stayed at many hotels in Vegas and the smoke was never this bad. We did find a smoke free area to play games but it was very limited capacity and hard to find a spot to play so we gave up early and hung out in the room. We were there for a graduation so we selected the hotel based of proximity to the ceremony and not the gambling so that wasn't a huge deal anyway but still would have played longer if we could actually breathe. Another note: The parking garage was free to park in but it was disgusting. We found vomit, water bottlels with urine in them and frankly didn't feel upscale"
