“Room was clean, bed comfortable, easy to find and breakfast was nice! It was fine for one night, but there was an awful smell from the shower. The drain looked clean but unfortunately we had to sleep with the bathroom door closed and windows open! We also waited 15 mins for someone to check us in. On checkout when mentioning the smell, we were told there were known issues but no apology. At £180/night it was definitely overpriced!”

“Lovely pub with rooms. Went for a friends birthday and had a super time. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I’m coeliac and the choice of gluten free food was very good. The fish and chips were excellent!
Would highly recommend.”
