Oeam-ri, Haman hotel rooms at the Accor Hotels

"Breakfast is only served from Tuesday to Thursday, it wasn’t mentioned in here that from Saturday to Monday they don’t serve breakfast, who is very disappointed based on the price I paid. Also the toilet seat in my room was in bad condition. After the first night my bed cover has stain on it, when they cleaned the room the day after, the bed cover wasn’t cleaned. Overall for the price I thought it would have been better but it was not the case from my experience "

"It was very inconvinient as the counter was only open from 6:30am to 1am. Because we had to check in at midnight due to flight trouble, and had to check out early in the morning. There was no hotel staff who could check us out. we have never faced thirs problem with other hotels before. "

"Great room! Steam closet was an amazing feature! Only complaint is that there is no shower curtain to prevent the water from splashing all over the floor. "

"Our stay was wonderful, it was clean. It was convenient and the staff was extremely helpful. I am a VIP platinum member, but received no perks at all. My one complaint was breakfast was garbage! Though overall it was a beautiful place. I would highly recommend over any other place in the area."

"The hotel building is a bit older, but it's clear the owner has thought a lot about guests' confort. Everything is very clean especially the linens. The interior has also been updated as well. The owner is very kind. We felt more comfortable here than in a 4 or 5 star hotel! I don't want to say any more good things because the hotel may become too busy and we might not be able to find a room next time."

"Easily accessible by car, short distance from road and lit up at night with hotel name. Manager did not speak any English. But he showed us the room and how it worked, with car parked under the room and separate stairs up to it. Room warm and bed less firm than others in Korea. Plenty of hot water. Arrived with gate closed but opened when drove up to it (cctv monitored by manager and opened on way out). No breakfast. Only small towels. No amenities near hotel."
