In general, the experience was good, I didn't like that the jacuzzi didn't have hot water, the beds were very uncomfortable, limited TV and the room cleaning service was earlier than expected and woke us up.

Stayed here to get out of a crazy blizzard, it quickly became my family’s favorite hotel we stayed in there entire week! Would stay again! Great helpful staff, great breakfast and comfortable beds.

It was amazing. Customer Service was perfect. The room was great and the food was terrific. The pool was a little cold for a kid but other than that, it was great.

Clean and comfy

This wa aour secons stay at a Home2 hotel and this one was also bery cleam ans comfortable . It is almost like being at home. The kitchenette allows you to eat im and. the sofa adds extra comfort. We will definitely be choosing Home2 for future stays.

Noisy but nice

Stayed here for 20 nights and aside from the noisy neighbors, everything was awesome! Friendly and helpful staff, great location near a lot of shops and restaurants. The walls are kind of thin and there is a Air Force base nearby but if you can tolerate the noise of neighbors or jets, I highly recommend this place to stay!

Overall the motel was slightly above average. My big complaint is that the pet fee was $75/night-Almost as much as the room. We had 1 older well behaved dog. Totally ridiculous.

Dirty room!!

Home2Suites are typically very nice and always clean. This one was disgusting! We arrived at 11 pm and it was just for the night. Otherwise we would have been gone! Things that are fairly simple to fix had just been left dirty. I will never stay at this particular hotel again! Zero stars from me. Tried to upload photos but the site wasn't working correctly.

Canceled the day of arrival

I booked this hotel 2 months before for 3 nights &prepaid.. I drove all day and arrived around 8PM to find they had canceled my room & booked me in a room I could have booked for $50 less per night and only booked me 1 night not 3. I found there were many that the canceled. I wasn't contacted in any way. Hotels.com took care of me and I am so grateful to them. Would never book Home2 again.
