This was an amazing spot at the right time for me. I needed quiet solitude and was the week before the Memorial Day weekend. This location has lots of greenery/shade, a quiet stream, table and chairs by the stream that's covered. The staff was helpful with area happenings, where to go, etc., assisting with removing the pollen from the seats when asked and room supplies. I would definitely recommend and revisit this place.

We usually like to stay at B&B‘s, but Ogunquit in July can be incredibly expensive. For this quick trip, we were in our room for only about 9 to 10 hours to sleep, so we decided to stay in a motel. The Town Lyne Motel was an excellent choice. Very reasonably priced. While not fancy, it served our purpose perfectly. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and there were two upholstered chairs. That was nice because I’m never happy when there are two of us and only one extra chair. There was a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with a couple of coffee pods. The AC was a floor/under the window unit, which was surprisingly quiet. There was a large walk-in shower (no bathtub, which was fine) with adequate water pressure. Nice towels too. All in all, we were very pleased with the Town Lyne Motel.

Parking was right out our door. It was clean, accommodating, very close to Ogunquit, restaurants, places to see. It was very homey. The bed was quite comfortable. I would definitely recommend Towne Lyne Motel to anyone.

Excellent Stay

Check-in was a pleasure, informative of the area and the room was immaculately clean and new. We were concerned with the traffic in front of the motel but heard absolustely nothing inside, thus a very quiet stay with ammenities closeby. Would definitely return.
