"The staff was very helpful and nice! We have one comment, there was food and leftovers outside our door when we first checked in and there were some garbage left from the previous users (empty vitamin sachet on the vanity and two jam over the shelf), and they were left even after cleaning on the first day. But other than that, it was all very good"

"Very welcoming and helpful staff upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our room for 4 was perfect after a long travel day. Clean, spacious, and each kid had their own bed. The room was cool and quiet and we all slept great. Perfect location for exploring the cities major historical sites and finding great spots to eat."
"Helpful staff. We were able to check in a couple of hours early which was a surprise. Easy pickup from uber to airport in the morning. But it’s also steps away from Brussels central train station. Room had a bath tub and a big bed. Felt luxurious !"
