"Staff was pleasant. Room cleanliness was mid. Splurge of something down the picture frame along bedside so hopefully sanitation is taken seriously. Pool was shut down for the evening of last night of stay and extremely over crowded every other night with kids and no parents! Not what the rules stated was allowed. Smoke free establishment and the entire space smelled like marijuana my entire stay. I will not be "

"The hotel is great but charging $77 per day for parking to paying guests is a bit insane! Also, the suite I booked didn’t have a microwave in it considering that the hotel itself has two restaurants inside it and I couldn’t warm up my leftovers was kind of an inconvenience…other than that I had a great stay!"

"The room was clean and new. It had a full kitchen and was spacious! The ceiling to floor windows gave us the true experience of Chicago life. We also had access to really cool amenities like the play room, arcade and fitness room. Unfortunately our room was right next to the elevators and other guests that night were walking between rooms all night (till 4am!) , talking loudly/yelling and crying, slamming doors so it's hard to say if the bed is comfortable for sleep since we didn't really sleep with the noise. I would consider staying again because of the cleaniness, space, location and ammenities but fear that unless we get a bigger corner room, it would be noisy again by the elevator."

"Great place to stay the young lady checking us in was not very friendly. Never received my complimentary drinks. There was never anyone at the bar. Valet guy was very helpful!!! Other than the small things it was a good stay!!! "
