“Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite....

“Excellent hotel in fantastic location ski Gondola next to hotel ski room, walk out of hotel ski shop straight into gondola. Bedrooms immaculately cleaned daily. Excellent breakfast choice with faultless staff. We didnt use the restaurant in the evening so can't comment but half board menu looked quite limited choice of 3 main course choices including 1 vegetarian. ”
