Beautiful property (could use a little bit of refreshment - hallway rugs are very worn in part of the hotel), but the rest is great. Staff was amazing and helpful. We had a wonderful four course dinner and the breakfast was nice too.

It was a great place, quiet and we enjoyed their sauna's and the whirpool. The room was little old, it used to be a fancy hotel but it needs to be modernized. Breakfast was fantastic.

Good stay with nice staff

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is your typical continental offering. Rooms only have single beds pushed together but they are comfortable and the patio door was locked and couldn’t be opened.

It was a lovely stay and the wellness room, sauna, pool and jacuzzi was great. The place however is very outdated, old, some items stained and mouldy. All in all nice area.

Beautiful property and great breakfast, lady at the front desk was nice. Not a place for foreigners. Walked by my room after a walk to see and hear how the staff called another staff member into my room to check out a event I had attended, room didn't get vacuumed only got towels and the bed made, don't know why the cleaner had to call in a guy to my room I don't think they knew I was the one in that room. Not professional at all. Decided to treat myself to a nice dinner before leaving only to be ignored at the restaurant, got seated and offered a english menu after getting a regular dutch menu, waited for 50 minutes after getting my mint tea and had no one check up on me. Restaurant was not busy and I saw how staff would wait table and clean.Ended up having sleep for dinner. Although the property was nice and had good amenities, the way certain staff members made me feel really messed up my whole experience at Rosep.

We had to ask for robe and slippers, those are not provided in the room. The restaurant was only open until 8pm. The spa facilities were ok, could be more clean. There was a roach in our bathroom. Other than that it was ok.

Hotels.com or Landgoed de Rosep has charged me the 3 rooms when I clearly specified I wanted for my colleagues and I to pay seperately for business purpose. I even paid a special fee beforehand in order to be able to cancel at any time so that we could pay at the hotel and not the full price for the 3 rooms at the reservation.

Great Service !

Many many thanks for the Great Service ! Everything I needed und asked they ve done their best and made it . Ex , bikes to Rent , extra Night reservieren . Also they ve sent me quickly to Germany my lade cable ( E - Auto ) that I forgot at the Park area. We had a Great Time and would come again !

De ligging in een bosrijke omgeving is prachtig. De atmosfeer in het hotel is rustig. Algemene ruimten zijn goed, eigentijds ingericht en gemakkelijk toegankelijk. Het terras is ruim en ligt heerlijk zonnig, maar is wel aan enige modernisering toe, m.n. voor wat de verwarming betreft (nog gasverwarming, okt. 2026 !!!, echter niet in werking gezien). Van de ons toegewezen kamer (26) functioneerde het electronisch slot niet, kaart werd niet herkend; met behulp van receptioniste met normale sleutel en bovengemiddelde kracht, kon de deur worden opengeduwd. Het advies was om zo te handelen, maar wij wilden geen kamer waarvan de deur zo zwaar klemmend was. De vervangende kamer (nr. 25) heette " luxe", maar was dit zeker niet ! uitzicht op een blinde muur, geen deur naar buiten, de inrichting was echt minimalistisch, kastruimte bestond uit open planken, zonder deur, geen enkele verfraaiing aan de muur, TV werkte niet, badkamerverlichting 1x defect, douchegordijn !!!, toiletbril zat los. Deze laatste punten mondeling gemeld bij de receptie die daarop actie zou ondernemen. Onze verwachting was dat ook op deze punten, zeker bij een "de luxe" kamer dit allemaal geïnspecteerd / goed werkend zou zijn.

Heel mooie locatie maar een suite zonder flesje water op de kamer, zonder bodymelk, zonder schoenlepel maar met een leeg rolletje toiletpapier is niet de naam 4* waardig. Een heel mooi terras maar ontbijten kan enkel binnen, een gemiste troef. De bediening loopt niet vlot, een duidelijk overzicht hebben ze niet dus loopt er constant wel ergens iets verkeerd aan een of andere tafel. Locatie top maar aan al de rest wel wat werk om er opnieuw een aanrader van re maken.
