The staff was excellent and the food/meals were amazing. The seki saba and aji sashimi as well as the bungo beef were delicious and a must try. We really enjoyed that you get to use one of the four onsen for yourself/your party for 1 hour, just make sure you go at the designated time slot and the onsen you chose. There is English intructions to help you use the amenities as well as an explanation of the inn and their areas. The only issue is we found mold growing in the AC which we did use after our bath time to cool down. We did find it odd that it smelled weird a bit and unfortunate there was mold in the AC. Hope we don't get sick. Other than that, the inn was a nice place to stay for a Beppu onsen experience and Beppu/Oita cuisine

一人旅で利用しました。 鉄輪観光には最適な立地で、とても観光しやすかったです。 お風呂は貸切風呂を予約して利用する形でしたが、スタッフの方が丁寧に対応してくださり、朝も午後も夜も利用することができました。 貸切風呂も4種類あって、飽きずに温泉を楽しめて、とても良かったです。 食事も新鮮なお刺身から焼き物まであり、ボリュームもしっかりあって美味しかったです。 又機会があれば利用したいと思います。
