Having staying at Kutsurogi no Yado Nanakawa for the 4th times, each time it pleased us more with the excellent services and the cleanliness of the facilities. Will definitely be coming back on my future trip there.

Great place to experience a traditional Japanese ryokan. Food was excellent, and it was very close to the lake and shopping area. But the room was too cold to stay in icy Winer. If I go again, it will be either in Spring or Fall.

Perfect stay

Everything is perfect. Though late checkout is not allowed, taking a rest in the warm and cozy waiting area while waiting for our scheduled train/bus is acceptable.

Very friendly staff Good meal Very big and Nice private onsen room. The only downside about the outdoor private onsen was it had a lot of ants and I also saw a worm. Also they allow you to store your luggage and leave your car in their parking after check out so you can walk around the area afterward :)

전반적으로 아주 만족합니다. 체크인 2-3일 전에 전화로 알러지여부 숙박객 등등 확인전화해주시고, 테크인할 때 영어한국어 가능한 직원분 계셔서 의사소통 편했어요 ! 아주 간단한 일본어할 줄 아시면 더 의사소통이 편합니다 1. 숙박시설 : 조금 노후화되긴 했지만 깔끔해서 괜찮음! 료칸내에 산책하는 느낌이 있어서 아주 좋음 2. 위치 : 송영서비스 잘 되어있어 체크인체크아웃시 아주 편했음. 긴리코 호수 30초컷. 조금만 나가면 간식이나 음식점 기타 관광지 다니기 편함 3. 음식 : 일단 회와 야키니쿠가 진짜 맛있음. 다른 건 처음먹는 고급음식이라 좋음. 일본 처음가는 남편도 식사 엄청 잘했음 4. 료칸 : 객실내에 온천수 잘나와서 좋음. 다만 노후화되어서 샤워기가 터져있었음 ㅠ 그래도 온천수를 이용해서 씻을 수 있으니 괜찮음!! 5. 화장실이 1,2층 두개 있어서 좋음. 1층 화장실은 좀 추웠으나 비데가 아주 따뜻함 재방문 의사 강력하게 있음! 복층말고 단층 객실도 있음 좋겠지만 아직 젊어서 괜찮음 ㅎㅎ 어르신들 묵으시려면 객실내 계단이 좀 가파를 수 있으니 조심해야함. 유카타 입고 오르락할때 키 작은 분들 유카타 밟아 넘어지지않게 주의 필요

施設は少し古いのですが、宿泊した部屋は改装されているのかとても綺麗でした。部屋に内風呂と露天風呂が付いていて、しかも源泉かけ流しで最高でした。何度も入浴しお肌もツルツルで湯布院の温泉を満喫しました。 食事も美味しく、器や盛り付けにも凝っていました。特に大分牛のしゃぶしゃぶは美味しかったです。 お料理の時のお世話をしてくれたスタッフさんは、若いのに言葉使いが良く気づかいも細やかでとても快適な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。 到着の時の駐車場までのおで迎えと帰る時のお見送り、本当にお客様を大切にしている気持ちが伝わってきました。今までに宿泊した旅館の中で上位に入る旅館です。 もしまた湯布院に行く機会があればまた泊まりたいと思いました。

難忘一晚

整體滿意，職員有禮細心，送上熱茶糕點，早晚餐豐富美味， 房間有兩層，下層係客廳，上層係房間，下層內有私人浸浴池，有室內同室外兩個浴池，環境優靜，酒店位置方便，鄰近金鱗湖，購物商店街，又有私人泊車位非常方便。

Great location - walking distance to main shopping street and landmark lake. 4 public indoor-outdoor baths to try. Mansionette room has own indoor-outdoor bath, a spacious sitting room and two bedrooms - one with beds and one with futons. Meal plan is great and authentic Japanese spread. Only downside may be that some rooms are near to coach parking area.
