There is a lack of amenities (eg facial wash, lotion, cream) and only available upon request (but is understandable). Some guests were very loud and rude in public areas as if they own the hotel. Beppu SUGINOI HOTEL
Very good hotel, clean , beautiful, big room. 3 onsen bath. Good foods , I love the arcade area and the bowling . Good for family with kids. Staffs are nice too. 10 mins from Beppu station , they have shuttle bus to pick you up

바다뷰였는데 정말 정말 너무 멋졌습니다! 욕조도 따로 있어서 온천욕 하기에 너무 좋았습니다! 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 공간도 넓고 좋았습니다! 식사도 너무 맛있었습니다! 아침, 저녁 모두 만족스러웠고 맛있었습니다! 저녁은 꼭 드셔보세요^^
