The property is located in a good spot for using public transportation and walking to areas in Southern Okinawa if traveling with a car parking is extremely limited and offsite parking is within a 5 minute walk for a price. The airport shuttle is only available in limited hours reducing it's helpfullness. The check in and out is automated to speed the process. The rooms are typical of Japanese hotels limited space, great comfort. I would stay here again.

チェックイン時に予約していなかったことがわかり、その日空き部屋があるのでお願いした。金額も安かった。諸々の質問や、バスでの時間や経路など丁寧に調べてくれて、その対応がとても行き届いていたことを感謝している。タクシー手配の際もおおよその金額も教えてくれて助かった。また、室内はリニューアルされていてとても清潔で居心地がよかった。サウナがあるので決めたが、今後は定宿にしたい。

沖縄旅行の際1年に3、4回ペースで利用しています 浴場が好みだったり、無難な部屋なので利用していました。 ただ今回は問題がありすぎたので今後の宿泊は避けようかと思います。 •部屋の鍵が自動で閉まるはずなのに閉まらない •扉のノブが外れる •ノブの位置を調整しないとトイレの水が流れ続ける •別の部屋を案内されるも掃除が行き届いておらず、洗面所のコップが最初から倒れている、ベッドに寝っ転がったら背中に違和感を感じ、見たら2センチ位の針金が転がっている、シーツの足元辺りに謎の赤いシミがある 　特に扉が自動で閉まらなかった問題は、気づかず２時間程荷物を置いて外に出てしまっていたので後から気づいてゾッとしました 　あと今回は朝食ビュッフェをチェックイン時に追加しなかったのですが、そうしたら朝食ビュッフェの割引券が出てきました、毎回満額払ってたのにこんなのあるんだーとそこでもヘイトが溜まりました。最初から割引価格にしたら良いのでは？ さらに言うと写真では立派な牛ステーキみたいな写真ですが、小さく切ったサイコロステーキみたいなものなので過度な期待をするとがっかりします。しました。 料理は美味しいです。 同額出して肉に期待するなら近くにステーキ88本店があるのでそっちに行った方がいいです。 　運営してる側にはコストの面でも耳に痛い話しだとは思いますが、沢山いる客の1人位どうということはないとは言わずお客さんが入る部屋は異常がないか目視で確認をお願いします。

毎年3,4回利用しています サウナ、プール、温泉付きでそこそこ綺麗な部屋なので気に入っていました。 今回は色々酷かったので今後の宿泊は避けます。 ◆最初の部屋 •部屋の扉が自動ロックしなかった •回して開けようとしたら部屋のノブが外れた •トイレの水を流す時にノブの位置を調整しないと水が流れ続けた ◆問題があった部屋から別の部屋に移動 •洗面所のコップが最初から倒れていた •布団に2センチ位の針金が転がっていた •布団の足元付近に赤いシミがあった 　細かい指摘ですが移動前の部屋で部屋に荷物を置いたまま２時間程外出してしまったりして慎重になっていました。 因みに自動ロックが効いてないと気づいたのはチェックインして散策とご飯を食べに行った後、お風呂に行こうとした時に違和感を感じて外からノブを捻ったら普通に開いてしまった時です。 　内戦の電話とかないので調べてフロントに電話したらスタッフさんがきてくれました。対応は早かったです。 　宿泊したら自動ロックを過信しないでチェックしておいたほうが良いです 　その後特に謝罪とかは無かったので日常的に起きてる事なんだろうなと判断しました。怖い。 あと朝食ビュッフェですが、今回はチェックイン時にそのまま購入しなかったら割引券が出てきました。毎回出るかは知らないですが、いつも定額で購入していたので数百円とはいえ損した気分です。 　予約時に朝食券を購入してないけど食べたくなった人はチェックイン時に購入しなければ割引券が出るかもしれません。 　因みにステーキを推していますが、鉄板にジュワッと焼けたステーキを想像していくとがっかりします。しました。 焼いてサイコロステーキ状にしたものがゴロゴロと保温機に入ってます。肉を求めるなら近所のステーキ88に行くと良いです。 他のバイキングの品々は美味しいです。何故かここの牛乳とても美味しくて好き。 　ということでまとめると部屋は不安、温泉サウナは良い、スタッフも良い、朝食は広告過剰だけど美味しいですね。 でも宿泊施設なのでセキュリティ不安があったので申し訳ないですが低め評価でよろしくお願いします。

お部屋は清潔でシンプルですが必要な物は揃っています。2人で少し狭いですがほぼ外出しているので気になりません。チェックイン後も荷物を預かって下さり助かりました。大浴場はシャワーはプッシュしてもすぐ止まってしまう事と脱衣所から浴室までの通路がドライヤーをかけている洗面所の後ろを通るので気になりました。
