The room was very clean and everyday they cleaned well. The staff were super nice and friendly. The adapt to your needs. The hot tub is a good temperature as well as the pool. Upon the first greeting to my last day, I felt really comfortable.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and actually spacious, bathrooms were small but ok. I liked that there were two sinks (one outside the bathroom) because we had three people in the room. The additional bed that was in the room was very squeaky so everytime I moved or got out of bed in the middle of the night, it woke up everybody. Food at the downstairs restaurant was good with lots of varieties to choose from. I liked that there was a store on the 2nd floor (lobby floor) with lots of cute items and prices were not bad at all.

We had a pleasant stay it was in a good location. The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent. The outdoor pool was lovely. Indoor was under repairs I’m sure when it’s up and running it will be lovely as well.

Laguna Garden Hotel is not near many restaurants or shops. Needed to rent a car to get around. Room is large. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Not very many electrical outlets in room. Bathroom is small. Pool and public bath are nice.

Not much of a resort during the week

The hotel is nice and walking distance from a very nice beach. There is an outdoor pool although it’s not deeper than 4ft. The indoor pool is open late and has a water slide which was a lot of fun. We were there during the week and were very disappointed that only one restaurant was open during our stay. Turns out on Saturday more restaurants we’re opening and there was an event by the outdoor pool being set up. For a “resort” it was very limited and had nothing going on during the week which was disappointing. However it’s well located to the city or to the northern part of the island.
