Great location and a good price

I've stayed here before, but they now have a new building on the same site, which is better in my opinion than the old one. The confusing thing is, you do not know which you will get until you check in. Both are good and more than adequate. But the newer white building is better

Room appears clean but looking under bed shows that it is only visible areas that get cleaned. We were in the older building - which is tired and in dire need of an overhaul with broken doors and random desk chairs strewn on the landing areas. Air conditioning is good and the water heater gives hot showers. Bathroom and shower are clean enough though and appeared to be void of any creepy crawlies during my 11 night stay. Location is pretty decent with Family Marts a 4 minute walk away. Makishi monorail station is a 10 minute walk as is the main shopping street that is lively at all times of day.

There are 2 buildings at this property. It's kind of pot luck which you get. One is great. One is not as great. In march we got the great one. In October the other.

Staff was great. No one had ever cleaned under the bed. Ever. There was no room for yoga. The toilet broke and they offered me a new room but no one ever came to fix the bidet feature. The washing machine emitted a strange smell but I eventually got used to it. Likewise the trash bin smelled like cat feces. I had to remove it from the room. When I complained to 3 cleaners that the stairway railings were filthy they said: it's not our department. On the plus side it was quiet. The bed, although broken, was strangely comfortable and I slept well.

The air conditioning was hit and miss. There was a peg holding it open and tissue stuffed inside to stop the leaks. We have stayed here many times, due to the excellent location, but the rooms are in a poor state and very unclean. The hotel is expensive considering this. Despite the rooms showing the new building when booking them on the app, once again we were given the old building. When asked for the new building, we were told no. It seems all foreigners are given the old building as a general rule. The staff were fine as usual, though the reception staff are not available until 15.00 everyday and they do not speak English.

Definitely needs some TLC

Ive been starting at this hotel for some time now. It's confusing as there are two buildings sharing the same name and parking lot. If you get the newer one, it's great. The other one (green) is not so great. It's getting more untidy and run down with each visit. It needs sorting out

古さを気にしなければ快適

一番古い建物に宿泊しました。 それなりに古い（壁のくすみ、トイレットペーパーホルダーの壊れ、テレビリモコンの電池切れ）ですが、そこを許容できるのであれば、繁華街、スーパー、コンビニに近く 、滞在は快適です。 3週間泊ったので、1回くらい掃除サービスが欲しかった。

最悪です。清掃が全くされていない。埃だらけで不衛生。浴室の床にはカビ。洗面所や流しも汚い。カーテンは2つフックがついていない。掛布団は布団カバーに2か所しか固定されていないしおまけに側面があいている（ファスナーなどついていない）のでカバーから布団が出てしまい大変だった。とにかく施設の経年劣化は仕方がないが、ホテルとしては論外。カビやほこりのせいで、パートナーは体調を崩した。どうしようもないので6日間我慢したが、こんなホテル初めてだ。安かろう悪かろうの典型。無料でも泊まりたくない。良い所もあるのです。それは周りが静かで国際通りに近いこと。沖縄は良い所だけに非常に残念。

部屋に入るとまず気になるのは床に埃やお箸の空袋が落ちているということ。 その後、周囲を確認すると、お風呂場は水垢や汚れが目立ち、部屋の壁はカビで黒ずんでいました。 昔ながらの部屋の汚れとは違う、ただただ 掃除をしていない汚れでした。 また部屋に入ると湿気が凄かったので、エアコンの除湿をしようとしましたが、エアコンのフィルターも黒カビか何かで汚れており使用は控えました。 これほどひどい部屋に泊まったのは初めてでした。
