Awesome hotel and great price

The stay was great! And hotel staff helped me translate the shipping form for my hotel. I would definitely stay there again and any chain they have. It is very close to kokusai-dori.

The room was very clean, bathroom awesome. The hotel provided toiletries beyond my expectation, bathrobes, pajamas (loved them), pool bathrobes and slippers not to mention refillable drinks in the fridge daily. Having the fridge was important to me especially because I have medications that require refrigeration. Overall, I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and you wouldn't be disappointed.

The location and staff was excellent. The hotel was located very close to many main attractions and conveniently located only a 10 minutes drive from the airport. We really enjoyed the VIP black card lounge where they served food and drinks daily. We were thankful for the generous staff who helped us we will definitely like to return and stay again.

Everything about this hotel was great. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, everything was really neat and clean, the amenities were top notch. Free assorted drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) included in the mini fridge. It felt like a true escape and we were treated very kindly by the hotel staff. They are ready and willing to tend to your needs. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and we will definitely re-book with this hotel accommodation in the future.

Of all the hotels we stayed at during our vacation in February 2025, the Kariyushi was the best. The staff was wonderful and their communication skills were outstanding. Amenities and facility were all highest quality. They even knew the date of my spouse’s birthday and gave her a nice gift. Very much appreciated. The laundry facility was great, always had a washer/dryer available for use. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and definitely will stay again when we come back.

The room is unexpectedly spacious, clean and well renovated. As I have a toddler to stay with, the hotel staff is very thoughtful to put two beds together and install a bed guard as per my request. The room also provides free drinks: soda water, coke, green tea, beer & tomato juice which will refill everyday. But this hotel didn't provide child facilities or amenities. Also when we arrived to check-in, the hotel parking was full so we need to find the space near the hotel, I think the hotel can inform customers in advance so that we can arrive earlier to find it.

Very nice Hotel in a good location in Naha City. Very close to Kokusai-Dori (5 min walking distance). The rooms are very luxurious with nice beds and and a very nice bathroom. The mattresses are a little bit firm, but not that hard, that they are an issue for people with back issues (like me). The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! They have valet parking, which comes in very handy, but needs to be payed extra. I think it was 1800 Yen for 1 night, 3000 Yen for 2 and 3rd night free. There are also a lot of car rentals near the hotel and I strongly recommend to rent from Platinum Rent-A-Car. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel so much, that I extended my stay in the hotel twice and I will go there again, next time I return to Naha! Very good hotel!

The hotel is expensive, and others provide breakfast, better service, and access to gyms and pools for this price. I understand there were closures due to weather but there was no effort to open these facilities up after the weather conditions were cleared or provide any compensation. Room cleaning was also not provided.
