新しいため、部屋の状態、設備はかなり良好。ベランダも広く海もみえる。残念なのはチェックイン時の煩わしさ。フロントがなく近隣から受付のために人が来るらしく、数日前から何時に着くか聞かれるが、電車で旅してるわけでもなくレンタカーで観光してるのだから、事前に正確な時間はわからない。少しでも遅れると電話がきて、着く前に連絡してとなる。電話の対応自体は丁寧である。

엄청 넓고 깨끗합니다 ~
바로 옆건물 1층 카페 시간됨 가보세요 ^^ 빵도 맛있고 커피도 훌륭합니다 ~~ 아메리칸빌리지의 화려함도 좋지만 이 빌라 근처의 조용하고 근사한 식당들을 누리는것도 좋을것입니다

방이 2개여서 여유롭게 사용할 수 있고 시설이 새거인지...깔끔하고 좋았습니다
다만 아메리칸 빌리지에서 이동하려면 거리가 좀 있습니다
도보로 20분, 택시 7~8분 정도 걸리며 주위 편의시설이 없습니다
숙소 바로뒤 쇼바 맛집이 하나 있고 술집이 하나 있는데 미군들이 사용하는 곳인지
현지인은 없는듯하고 시끄럽습니다
베란다에서 바다조망은 가능하고 1월이라 그런건지 바람이 무척 강했습니다
와이파이 가능하고, 넷플릭스 시청가능하고 음식조리도 가능합니다
숙소뒤 쇼바집은 추천합니다!!

굉장히 깨끗하고 편안했던 숙소였습니다. 더럽히는게 죄책감 느껴질 정도였어요...
조금 변두리에 있긴 하지만 대신 조용했고 다음에 숙박하게 된다면 여기를 거점으로 여러 곳 둘러보고 싶습니다.

매우 깔끔하고 일본치고 큰 숙소로 가족여행시 강추!
후기가 거의 없어서 예약 시 많이 망설였지만 숙소에 들어간 순간 예약하길 잘했다라는 생각이 들었습니다. 사진 그대로라고 보시면 됩니다.
성인 4명 가족 여행이었습니다. 참고 바랍니다.
- 위치 : 오키나와 중부, 차탄에 위치해 북부,중부,남부 모두 편리하게 갈 수 있습니다. 중심지인 아메리칸 빌리지와는 약 10분정도 떨어져있습니다. 단, 렌트를 했기때문에 편리했던 것이라 렌트 하실 분들에게만 추천드립니다.
- 주차 : 숙소 바로 아래에 있는 주차장에 정해진 주차구역에 주차하면 됩니다.
- 청결상태 : 오픈한지 얼마 안된 곳이라고 알고갔는데, 심각할 정도로 깨끗했습니다. 침대 시트나 이불이 조금 눅눅한 편이었지만 이외에는 청결하지 않은 곳을 찾아볼 수 없었습니다.
- 내부 형태 : 거실+주방, 방2, 욕실, 화장실로 이루어져있습니다. 방1에는 킹사이즈 침대가 있어서 성인 2명이 충분히 잘 수 있습니다. 추가로 어린아이 1명까지 가능할 것 같습니다. 방2에는 슈퍼싱글 침대가 2개 있어서, 성인 2명이 나눠서 잤습니다. 욕실에는 깊은 욕조가 있어 밤에 피로를 풀기 좋았습니다. 주방 또한 조리 시설이 완벽하게 구비되어 있습니다.(전자렌지, 커피포트 포함)
- 불편 사항 : 한가지 불편했던 것은 체크인 과정입니다. 따로 리셉션이 없는 곳이라고 설명에 적혀있어서 호텔 측에서 따로 메일이 오기를 기다리고 있었습니다. 하지만 어떤 메일도 없어서 예약 관리를 통해 호텔로 문의했습니다. 만날 시간을 정하고 그 시간에 맞춰 갔는데도 직원이 오지 않았습니다. 결국 해외전화를 통해 전화를 하니 직원이 왔습니다. 예약 시, 요청사항에 꼭 도착 예정 시간을 적어두고 숙소 도착 10분 전 쯤 전화하면 체크인이 수월할 것 같습니다. 체크아웃은 열쇠를 우편함에 넣어두면 돼서 편리했습니다.
체크인 과정의 약간의 번거로움을 제외한다면 매우 멋지고 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 오키나와 체류 시 묵었던 숙소 중 최고의 숙소여서 다시 방문할 의사가 있을 정도입니다.

住進去就不想出門的舒適
如果有開車，超級推薦這間海旁便的家庭式bnb，乾淨舒適，傢俱一應俱全，床還好睡的要命，有認床習慣的家人都睡的超級香甜，附近還有許多好吃的餐廳，懶得開車也能吃到美食。

가족 모두 만족한 숙소입니다.
일본 특성상 작을 꺼라고 생각했는데(호텔만 다녀봤어요) 의외로 넓어요 약25평 정도 되는 숙소입니다 방과 부엌&거실이 넓어요 8세 5세 아이두명이 뛰어다니면서 놀았어요 샤워실과 화장실이 따로 있어서 너무 좋았구요 한국보다 욕조가 깊고 넓어서 더 좋았어요 (시간있으면 반신욕을 즐기는 남편이 있어서..) 3박4일 머물렀는데 세탁기를 자주 사용했어요 건조까지 되니 너무 편했네요 그리고 신축건물입니다 식기도 거의 포장도 그대로... 그래서 더 깔끔했나봐요 공항까지 차로35분 돈키호테 10분 이온몰 7분 그리고 돈키호테 가는 반대방향으로 가면 작은마트도 있어요 차로 2분.. 가족모두 만족한 숙소입니다 저는 추처합니다

아파트구조라 넓고 침대도 3개라 가족 단위로 이용하기 좋다 욕실 주방 거실 매우넓고 쾌적함
아메리칸빌리지와 접근성이 좋고 숙소 앞에 해변이 있어서 산책하기 좋다. 차로 10분거리에 대형 마트 편의점 있어서 아이들과 여행하는 분들에 적극 추천. 공간이 한정적인 호텔은 아이와 여행할때 불편한 점이 많았었는데
이 숙소는 집을 그대로 옮겨 놓은 느낌이라 애들이 좋아했다. 세탁기도 있고 식기들도 많아서 좋았다.
