There was never anyone at the desk downstairs after 5 - always had to call someone’s cell phone number that they posted on a sticky note. That was an issue because: There was no one at the desk when I arrived at 8 pm to check in Then, the second day I was there, I was checked out even though I’d paid for 4 nights, so my key card didn’t work and I had to call him to come back to the front to re-activated my cards, The kicker was the third day I was there, the key card unlocked the main door but the door didn’t actually open and I had to call someone to come let me in.

This hotel owes me money because they like to kick people out a day early claiming unpaid charges to the internet. YOU ASVERTISE FREE WIFI why would anyone have to pay for it? And they like to continuously attempt to charge your debit card hours after youve checked out. The manager is a joke.

My room was given away even though I had a reservation and I found out whenever I was going to check in. A lot of the hotels in the area were booked due to softball tournaments and the WCWS going on at the same time. My family was left having to try to find a hotel for us after we drove over 6 hours. I was told that I would not be charged anything and the hotel still took money out of my account and when I called the next day to let them know, the lady at the front desk hung up on me and would not answer the phone after that. I have still yet to receive my money back!

Survived it’s purpose as a place to stay. No one at front desk upon check in. Had to call number and wait for girl to show up. Once arrived, she didn’t even explain anything other than instructing to sign papers. No issues, but no customer service what so ever.

It was very easy access for me in my wheel chair to get into the room and there was a roll in shower for me to get in. The bath room was set up very well with hand rails where they were needed and useful in the bathroom. A full size refrigerator with 2 burner stove was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very helpful to me and my wife while we were there. The room was very clean and during the day there were people working to keep things clean inside and out. When I have another Dr. appointment in the area i will be booking there again.

There was one front desk person who was sweet but after her, everyone else was so rude! The facility was so dirty. The beds are awful!! I asked front desk if I could get more towels and blankets since the blankets they had weren’t enough to stay warm and she had an attitude about it all. Told me they charge for towels and blankets. I guess you get what you pay for here. I’ve stayed at the cheapest of places though and have never had any issues getting blankets and towels especially when you stay for a week. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels generally aren’t enough. They don’t have any trolleys for your things. You use basically a trash bin on wheels to which I had to lay a blanket down in to move all my stuff in. I’m a travel nurse and had my service dog with me soo we had a lot of things. The only great thing about this place is the field by the hotel for mh dog to run and use the bathroom in. Oh also!! This hotel services aren’t 24 hours like most hotels. They are open from 9am- 9/10pm. It’s the oddest thing. So, just hope nothing goes wrong off office hours or you’ll be waiting til they are open. Trust!! Spend the extra $10-$20 and get you a better hotel. This place is gross. They don’t even have pots and pans for kitchenette or hair dryer. I ended up buying myself new sheets and comforter because of the issues. Along with bath towels and toilet paper. I also sprayed down the bed and cleaned underneath to which I found a bunch of dead bugs. Won’t be staying here again.

Do not do it!!
You walk in and it’s like you would imagine jail would be. No access to any part of the hotel until you have obtained a key card. A $150 additional fee to make sure you don’t steal soap. You get no extra towels or bedding (we didn’t even have enough for the number of guests in our room) If you are in need of replacement towels or bedding it has to be during their specific hours to do so, or NO TOWELS FOR YOU! You get threatened with a fine for smoking while the whole 1st floor smells like cigs and pot. And to top off your stay, you need to plan your check out time around having someone come inspect your room like children before you can check out. If you’re in town for a quick visit or a baseball tournament like we were steer clear of this place, you will regret it.

As I was told......If you stay longer than 2 nights, then treat it as if you were home. Aka .....no linen services unless you pay 11.50! Stayed two weeks, NO service. NO housekeeping.

Terrible customer service from 2 of the 3 front desk ladies, had no reason to be as rude as they were, but they decided to take their personal frustration out on myself and other customers. Extended stay, but it clearly states ONE room service visit per stay.... yea nobody touched our room for a week and a half, didn't even ask if we needed anything... YUP

Please don’t bother with this location.
This was not an attractive venue, and the room was so bad that I didn’t stay. I have never been in a room that terrible in my life, and I’m in the military and travel a lot, so that’s saying something. The floor was sticky, the bed looked dirty, sad and felt as though it would break immediately, and even the walls looked dirty. How does that happen? I physically felt like I would catch something if I stayed in that room. I’m sad I wasted money, but it was worth it to stay somewhere else. I pray that is improved, because I think it reflects badly on Tinker AFB. I figured it would be a decent place to stay being so close to the AF base, and I was hugely disappointed.

Great Service and very clean !!
