This is a beautifully maintained property in a very convenient location. I would have given it 5 stars but for a couple of things missed at check-in and the fact that the restaurant and bar were not open with no advance notice. After a seven hour drive, we were looking forward to getting to the hotel and not having to leave for a meal and drink. Otherwise, great hotel!

The bathroom in our room was gross. Toilet seat was probably clean but stained badly in a very unappealing way. Such an easy, inexpensive fix. I expect more from Hilton.

The staff was very nice. They were polite and when I asked to move rooms as the heater unit was very loud, they moved me with no issue. The room that I moved to was better for the heater but the refrigerator was very loud during the night -- when trying to sleep. The covers on the bed just felt old. The toilet seat was cracking. The location is good but the hotel needs some tlc in the rooms.

Weekend Stay
Front desk staff was amazing! Professional and efficient on checking and check out. The room was nice. The bathroom was nice the only thing was the shower curtain was torn and ripped at the top and the seat on the toilet was stained and damaged. It was a great stay we will stay here again.

I came into the room to see a light fixture hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom and Sheetrock on the floors. In the morning all of the complimentary coffee and tea was decaf. We stay at the Hilton Garden Inn because the beds are usually comfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable. I was charged an incidental fee and still don’t know why.

Wonderful and Comfortable
I was a great stay - location was perfect and accessible to all you would want to do. The staff was extremely professional and personable, seeing to all your needs. I would definitely recommend Hilton Garden Inn in Norman Oklahoma. Room was clean with no issues at all.

There were no carts when we checked in . They had carts when we checked out . The check in staff was not friendly . The night staff was excellent helpful and friendly . It can be difficult when you have to carry your stuff to the room with out having a cart .

Dirty and Smelled Like Smoke
Room smelled like smoke, when mentioned to staff, the response was the hotel is full but we can bring you a bottle of Lysol to help with the smell?

Thank you for your review. I am sorry your room smelled of smoke. It is unfortunate that some guests do not follow the policies of our non-smoking hotel. I remember the issue and I believe my staff offered more than just Lysol to help with the room. Hopefully, you will try us again in the future.

Courteous and helpful staff. Our air conditioner wasn't cooling efficiently. Maintenance came fairly quickly, and stayed until the problem was resolved. My only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were already closed for the season when we arrived, due to a recent cold snap. I would recommend this hotel for a good, clean stay with comfortable bedding.

When we first arrived could not get into room with key they gave us a different room number it was Smokey ! So got key to work on original room 246 well tv channel could never change it so nick jr was on entire time called the desk said senser in back probably dropped so put it up still no channel change. Coffee keruig did not work in morning . love staying at Hilton’s but this one was not worth paying 210.00 very disappointed
