조식이 아쉬워요

다른 모든것은 가격에 비해 좋았어요. 세탁실이 없는것과 조식이 부실했던 것이 아쉽네요. 오므라이스라도 있었다면 좋았을 듯 합니다

Closed For Repair but Still Taking Reservations!

Place was dark upon arrival and guard said it is closed for renovation. That would have been good to know prior to booking! Had to get on Hotels.com and reserve a Hampton Inn nearby

The room was excellent. The dining area of table and chairs were very dirty and uninviting. I would suggest that there always be someone at the front desk. Every clerk had to come from an office to serve. The hotel was very difficult to find and the area around the hotel was "slummy" and "industrial".

The room was very nice, but the shower was horrible. The bed was average, not wonderful.

Our room, was in pretty bad shape. Our floor was wet (the entire floor) we couldn't take our shoes off or lay anything on the floor. The trim around the floor was coming up. We stay at Hyatt's all the time, this was for sure not what we expected. When we checked in they didn't take or check our ID at all, after we had left, I forgot my cell phone. I went in and told them what happened they asked me what room and made me a key card, never asked for an ID once.

Carpet stained, ants in several places, rust in the bathtub, Kleenex not part of room amenities, not enough electrical outlets besides bedside tables, bathroom door does not close. Hyatt should be ashamed to have their name associated with this establishment.

Nice location walkable to several restaurants. Garmen had a tough time finding it.

I made the reservation almost a week in advance and upon arrival I was informed that there were no rooms available. They sent me to an inferior hotel that smelled of mildew and was not even in the same city, some 20 minutes away. No apology. "Oh did someone not inform you? Oh well that is because you booked thru a 3rd party" Which would be expedia. How can that happen? It was a reservation amde long ago.

Room size was good. The room carpet had stains of red, perhaps fingernail polish. The air stayed on 60 but didn't ever feel like it got below 70-75. There were no extra plugs around bed to plug in cpap machine, had to unplug the lamp. I noticed a few small ants in bathroom floor. The sink and tub didn't drain well and toliet didnt always flush real good. The carpet in hall was frayed in a few areas. It was so hot in the pool area you couldn't sit in there, your glasses fogged as soon as you walked in. The breakfast was great! The breakfast sitting area was not clean, tables were in need of being wiped down. The chairs that were cloth were all stained, they need to be replaced with ones that can be wiped down.

All the air vents and the ceiling around them are full of dust. The pool looked as though ceiling had water damage and signs of mildew. The handicap pool device was rusted out.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, outstanding breakfast. All around one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The shower was still a hazard as the tub is slick and slipping would be really easy and the water could scald if not carefully adjusted. Nevertheless, I'd be glad to stay again.
