We were here for the WCWS and stayed 10 nights . The stadium was easy to get to from our hotel and we also did some sightseeing and shopping. Our room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely love this hotel! We stay here every time we come to OKC! Wonderful employees and facility. Safe environment. It’s tucked away from everything which makes me feel safer. Awesome breakfast! They let you do late checkouts which is my favorite! Great pool and nice comfortable rooms!

Clean facilities, friendly staff, outstanding breakfast. All around one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The shower was still a hazard as the tub is slick and slipping would be really easy and the water could scald if not carefully adjusted. Nevertheless, I'd be glad to stay again.

The Hotel Manager Duncan went over and beyond to help us coordinate transportation to our meeting! Everyone at this Hyatt were friendly and helpful. This is why we choose to stay at a Hyatt Place - we are never disappointed. Always a pleasure and great experience and fabulous buffets …..

The staff here is so helpful and kind! The hotel itself is in good shape for the age of the place. The rooms are clean and comfortable just dated. The area of the city leaves a little to be desired but it is clean and safe. Much much better the the HI down the road we checked in walked into the room turned around and checked out and the manager said well that’s just the way we are, so we are so glad we found this hotel. Would stay here again if I am ever in the area again

I have stayed here several times over the years. Always a great experience. Only issue we had this time, there was no hot water and the maintenance guy had already gone for the evening. The front desk did let us try other rooms but no hot water. Other then that, we liked staying here.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. I heard the pool was cold but didn't try it out. The fitness room was worn down and the air conditioning wasn't working in there so my workout was extremely warm. If you are just staying in the room, it's great and comfortable. It is a little difficult to find, but we succeeded.

The internet didn’t work and the door safety latch was broken and there was only one person on staff but we enjoyed our stay overall. We didn’t need internet forward the pool was decent to college

I love staying at this hotel, but it definitely needs a remodel. The woodwork is scratched, and my window had a crack in it.
