Would stay again
Front desk worker was excellent and hotel was good. I would say one of our bathrooms room 203 (we had a couple of the 2/2 suites) needed updated since the tiles were coming up and the water didn't get hot. All of the other facilities and areas were great. They were clean and well decorated.

Unfortunately, we arrived on the day that they had redone the drive up and it was taped off and we had to enter through the side door. They had also shampooed all the carpets that day. And this was quite a problem, especially in the bedroom. They did accommodate us by switching which handicap bedroom. We would have so that we wouldn't be by the side door that was constantly slamming. The service was excellent and we will probably stay there again. The breakfast was very good.

Friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The only negative thing was the breakfast. It was not very good. Waffle makers didn't cook correctly. Bread items were stale and dry. But, overall it was a great place to stay.

The hotel is very close to my parents and in a easy location to find. There were plenty of dining options available. Some work being done by elevators but we had no problem accessing them. We had no complaints and the staff was very helpful.

Everything was fine until I checked out. We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and they just charged me $100 because they said we broke a leg on the couch. Mind you we weren’t even there except to sleep. They wouldn’t let me talk to the manager, so I went up there. I asked to see the room and the couch and they told me that it was already had guests. I said it’s not even check in time yet so they finally let me in. Of course the leg was off and a sliver of wood was off the leg. I told her that she had lied to me about the room being occupied so I felt like they couldn’t really say that we did it. The manager Nicole Pelino called me a “f$&(); b$&@( and then slammed the door to the room. I started recording her because she was very abusive with her language when she slapped the phone out of my hand and it hit me in my face. Of course I left because I was getting very angry. Long story short I am out of $100 over a little sliver of wood.

The bed is not firm enough. It sinks slightly and is not good for side sleepers. The couch isn’t firm enough for sitting either. Same issue. Water pressure is great and stays hot. Window leaked when it rained. Breakfast was good daily. I like the late hours of its opening. Could use some non dairy milk options and better cereals without sugar coating. Fruit and tea daily is a plus! The evening meal was subpar except for one day, nacho night. I was there for two weeks. The rooms need blenders. I couldn’t make smoothies that I drink daily. It’s a good hotel. I would stay again for an extended period.

I would have given this property 5 stars. Staff and overall stay was excellent but the elevators where on manual mode only. Had to wait on someone to take you up and call ahead to take you back down so we took the stairs which was annoying from the 3rd floor. We where not told ahead of time. When I pay full price for something I expect it to be in excellent condition this was not.
