I rate the Okana Resort 4 stars. No one explained the extra fees at check in or on Expedia, which was frustrating. The room was clean, but I opened the cabinet to the refrigerator and it was filled with dust. Also, there needs to be a wastebasket in the bathroom. However, the bathroom was very clean.
