"The staff told us multiple times maintenance was coming. I waited until 130 am the first night. Went to the front desk as soon as we got up and told them of the issue and that I’d been down multiple times. She said they’d get someone asap. 5 hrs later we switched rooms. "

"Gym was not in service. Had an electrical issue. This hotel has no elevator to get to the second floor. "

"I was put in a room with mold and residue on the shower and vanity top. Also had gum on the bathroom floor with dirt. I was moved to another room and seen they had people working on the room I was previously in. Which makes me wonder why they would sell me that room in the first place. There was also mold and water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. After being moved to 3 different rooms I was not accommodated because I booked through Expedia. "

"Front desk staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Even when not working directly with us for check-in, the young woman at the other counter was friendly, helpful, and polite - even complimented us and recommended a local shop to check out based on "our vibe", which was very sweet. The hotel room itself was gorgeous and immaculately clean and clean-smelling. Thank you, housekeeping staff!! They had the heater on when we arrived, which was appreciated for our cold and windy arrival, but we quickly switched to air conditioning which worked very well. Overall 10/10 experience and very happy to be a Marriott Bonvoy member! Excited for our next stay. "
