"This place is literally heaven. It’s very luxurious. The staff is amazing. The food is impeccable. The chef literally changes the menu every day every morning every night. The most amazing thing was my room. It was incredible. It had an outside hot Springs the living room the bathroom and the private sauna is just amazing super clean super super clean. They give you robes Japanese where to go outside Japanese where to go to dinner and breakfast. The outside is clean air and you can visit the small village town where only Japanese tourist come there’s no foreigners which is amazing. It’s just very authentic and there’s a live volcano and that’s why there’s a natural hot spring. I would love to go in the winter as well."

"I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years. This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited. The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH. I will return for another week at this hotel in April. Thank you Expedia for leading me to this magnificent destination."
