The staff are wonderful, Geoffrey was friendly and attentive at the restaurant, chef Nicholas was helpful with my lactose intolerance and there were many other wonderful staff too. “Absolutely loved our time at Basecamp. The location is perfect, at the edge of the Masai Mara, we heard the lions at night, while sleeping. The staff all of them, were so friendly and helpful from the front staff to the night guards. Camp on a river, so you see the animals come for water, open view to see them roaming across the river!
