"First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. "Evening staff on booking in were very good. Thought we treat ourselves to a soup, soup was excellent but was very expensive but then again our own fault for not checking price first. Bed was described as queen size, it was actually 2 singles pushed together and 2 single quilts, makes bit awakard when my Mrs and I are trying to get a bit jiggy with it. Breakfast was ok but nothing out of the ordinary like many people stated in their reviews. "

"The hotel closes at 8pm. No staff are onsite after that. You are supposed to receive a text with instructions to a lock box. I arrived 7.45pm. Staff had gone home early and the manager "forgot" to text me the lock box code. Manager did not answer the emergency phone, Expedia tried to contact the hotel, no answer to their team either. Fortunately another couple arrived and I gained admittance. A quick survey of reception I located my check in details and a room key. If arriving after 8pm I would give this hotel a miss. There is an abundance of hotels in the area"
