Good location, cleanliness and communication. Noise carries down corridor for late night holiday makers - some people like to sleep when on holiday! Also the restaurant next door empty into bottle bank during the night

The location and property are very nice, I was disappointed when I told the hotel contact person that my parents in law will drop for few hours to drop us to the airport at 4 am since the hotel doesn’t have a taxi service and I found 4 missed calls that woke us up (with a 3 year old) at 11 30 pm to go downstairs and pay 40 euros so they don’t have to wake up and charge me at check out??? There is no overnight desk there, so don’t go if you need after hours service.

Olbia ist eine lebendige Stadt mit viel Musiker und Unterhaltung. Das Hotel hat eine perfekte, zentrale aber trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Gleich gegenüber ist ein sehr guter Restaurant.

En la reserva se especificaba parking gratis, pero realmente no se ofrece aparcamiento y hay que buscarse la vida en la calle. Cobran por todo (si no limpias la cocina al marcharte, si quieres cambio de sábanas/toallas, si quieres cápsulas para la máquina Nespresso business, etc). El apartamento es amplio y en buen estado.

Il residence é centralissimo. La camera è amblia e pulita. Per il parcheggio vi sono strsce bianche e blu, oppure un passaggio a pagamento a 250 mt. Gentilissimo e disponibile il proprietario.

Fijn appartement in centrum

Wat n fijn appartement middenin Olbia! We bleven 1nacht voordat we terug vlogen naar NL. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, 2 slaapkamers, keukentje, 2 douches en haven en centrum binnen 5 miuten lopen. Parkeerplaatsen heel dichtbij.

Schönes Hotel in Stadtnähe!

Wir wurden am Anreisetag vom Hotel kontaktiert, wann wir ankommen. Wir konnten sogar deutlich früher in unser Zimmer als geplant. Die Frau war super freundlich! Hat uns noch Tipps für die Stadt und für schöne Strände gegeben. Das Zimmer war großartig. Es war alles sauber und wir haben ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon bekommen. Das einzig doofe war, dass es keinen festen Parkplatz gab. Wir haben das Hotel extra deswegen ausgewählt. Wir musste dann an den umliegenden Strassen nach freien Parkplätzen schauen. Was zum Abend hin natürlich etwas schwerer war ... vor allem so nah am Stadtkern. Trotzdem völlig empfehlenswert!

....we booked a two bedroom, great size rooms, living is smaller but you are not inside in Olbia. Our two bedroom had two bathrooms which was great. Great location, close to the waterfront and the main street in the 'old town'. Would stay here again.

5 Tage Trip nach Sardinien

Die Reise nach Olbia war ziemlich spontan und wir wollten ein Hotel bzw.Appartment in der Stadt. Die Residenze del Centro hat uns ,auch preislich , sofort zugesagt . Die erste Nacht haben wir im Erdgeschoß verbracht ( 2 Zimmer plus Riesenbad ) aber etwas dunkel. Den nächsten Tag sind wir in den 2.stock gezogen ,wieder 2 Zimmer,kleines Bad aber großen Balkon ca. 8 qm nach Südwest ausgerichtet . Natürlich war auch eine Küchenzeile mit Töpfen und Geschirr dabei .Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt . Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt , aber telefonisch 24h/Tag erreichbar und in 10 Minuten steht ein freundlicher MA bereit.( sprechen alle Englisch ). Standort -ca.2 Minuten von der kleinen Stadtmitte entfernt und fast ohne Autoverkehr . In der Stadt sind viele kleine Gassen zu erkunden , mit Restaurants,Bistros und anderen feinen Geschäften. Mit ÖPNV kann man die Umgebung erkunden für bedeutend weniger Euros als bei uns . Empfehlung : PALAU ! 1,5 Std Busfahrt von Olbia entfernt mit Fahrt durch die "Berge" und zu den tollen Stränden .In ungefähr 300 Meter gibt es einen Supermarkt an der Wasserpromenade. Alles in Allen mal wieder tolle 5 Tage .
