"Our Lady Host was AMAZING - she spoke great English, was very classy and paid attention to every detail. MOST OF ALL she simply wanted to ensure we had an amazing stay and enjoyed Salzburg. You will NOT find better communication or service anywhere else in Europe. We will return to Salzburg and will ONLY stay at Townhouse Weisses Krenz!!!"

The property is very well maintained and the amenities are great. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the lobby bar was great for drinks. We did eat at The Sacher Grill and the food and service were 5*."

Rooms have all the facilities you need - tea/coffee making, iron/ironing board, hairdryer and we’re in an immaculate condition with daily maid service if required. "This amazing gem is the best experience we have ever had in Europe. It is >700 years old, and so beautifully renovated and preserved at the same time. We stayed in two Comfort Double Rooms first night and it was lovely. And then moved to the Deluxe Apartment, perfect for a family of 4. The staff are warm and kind. The location was perfect as well, in the old Town and everything was within a 10 min walk. Loved it!!"

"A boutique hotel close to Salzburg Central Station, only 6 minutes walk. This location is also close to buses to take you to Old Town and Mirabell Palace if you prefer using public transit. Salzburg is very tourist friendly city and offers free public transit for all overnight tourists. It’s very convenient to get to places via buses."
