โThis Extended Stay is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and it is great to have a kitchen with a large refrigerator and stove. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean, freash and white. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Thank you!โ
โA sweet hideaway without meaning to be one! It is in a very peaceful setting, tucked away from the urban noise of busy living. Management and housekeeping are super friendly, very hospitable, and readily available, but without initiating any disruption of privacy and/or anonymity- making it a great spot for a respite from the hustling amidst the city streets, yet you wonโt feel far at all from any downtown events, venues or sightseeing that might beckon you. There is laundry on site, great WiFi,...
โThe room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area ..โ
โPlease response back to my wife Maureen VanLare @ 585-503-6564, She was charged twice for the same weekend stay. She has called 3 times, each person says that the manager has to take care of that problem. thank youโ
"During the college graduation season, hotel rates were unreasonably high. While I understand that prices can go up during peak seasons, this was a rural hotel, and the rates felt unjustified. The staff were friendly and kind, but the condition of the hotel was disappointingโ the bathroom fan didnโt work, and the drain was clogged. It was originally $609 per night plus tax, totaling $1,425 for two nights, which was absolutely not worth it. I appealed to the manager and got it reduced to around $900, but even that felt too expensive for the quality of the hotel."
