"Sorry I’m a bit late writing this review, I stayed at Guest Mar, end of April and had a lovely stay. I did not arrive until very late but there was someone there to meet me, explain all about breakfast and times and to show me to my room. I had a small double as I was traveling on my own, which had everything I needed.
The breakfast was lovely and fresh, everything you could ask for, just like everyone has said, everyone was very helpful ( sorry forgot their names) also their are towels there that you can take to the beach with you. I also loved that if I came back early to get changed etc, that there was coffee, tea, cold drinks and cakes to help yourself too, up until 10pm. The rooftop is a great place to have your tea or the other free space where you can sit.
Guest Mar is in walking distance to the harbour, shops, train station and much more. This was my first solo trip abroad ( I am 60) and I could not have picked a better place to stay, if I return again to Portugal ( I have a list of other places I would like to try and visit first ) I will definitely stay here again."
